17:30-19:00 - MINDFUL COMMUNICATION: Effective communication, mindful listening and mindful feedback in teams.
19:00-19:30 - MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
20:00-22:00 - Dinner and networking.

8:30-9:30 - MINDFUL WALKING OR JOGGING at the beach.

10:30-11:30 - REDUCING STRESS AND ANXIETY: Identifying and combating stress and anxiety in real time - tools to boost personal resilience and avoid burnout.
11:30-12:30 - MULTITASKING OR UNITASTING? Developing productive work habits, prioritization and time management skills.
14:30-16:00 - CHANGING AUTOPILOT : Identifying automatic and negative behavioral patterns - e.g. procrastination, impulsiveness, and impatience.
16:00-16:30 - MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
16:30-17:30 - DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY AND CHANGES : Dealing with constant changes in a global working environment.
17:30-18:30 - MINDFUL DECISION MAKING : Optimal decision making in times of stress or crisis.

14:30 - 15:30 - CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION : Unlocking creativity and innovation in times of cognitive overload.
