Dana Zelicha is a world renowned Mindfulness Lecturer and Organizational Psychologist (see Lady Globes or Game Changers article). Dana is also a lecturer at the IDC Herzliya as well as the founder of OWBA - The Organizational Well Being Agency, a boutique management consultancy, engaging in peak performance of global leaders. Her clients include McKinsey, Wix, Citibank, SimilarWeb, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Zara. Dana holds an MSC in Social and Organizational Psychology from the LSE (London School of Economics), as well as an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the IDC Herzliya.

17:30-19:00 - MINDFUL COMMUNICATION: Effective communication, mindful listening and mindful feedback in teams. 
19:00-19:30 - MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
20:00-22:00 - Dinner and networking.

8:30-9:30 - MINDFUL WALKING OR JOGGING at the beach.
10:00-10:30 - MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
10:30-11:30 - REDUCING STRESS AND ANXIETY: Identifying and combating stress and anxiety in real time - tools to boost personal resilience and avoid burnout. 
11:30-12:30 - MULTITASKING OR UNITASTING? Developing productive work habits, prioritization and time management skills. 
12:30-14:30- Break. 
14:30-16:00 - CHANGING AUTOPILOT : Identifying automatic and negative behavioral patterns - e.g. procrastination, impulsiveness, and impatience.
16:00-16:30 - MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
16:30-17:30 - DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY AND CHANGES : Dealing with constant changes in a global working environment.
17:30-18:30 - MINDFUL DECISION MAKING : Optimal decision making in times of stress or crisis.
18:30-19:00 - Reflections
20:30-22:00 - Dinner 
22:00 -1:00 - Optional transfer to TLV (by registration)

12:00 - 13:00 - MINDFUL SNACKING AT WORK : Mindful eating and a balanced physical exercise regime for on the go executives.

14:30 - 15:30 - CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION : Unlocking creativity and innovation in times of cognitive overload. 
15:30 - 16:30 - LETTING GO : Developoing acceptance, empathy and a non-judgemental approach.
