Cancellation/Change Reservation Policy

Some of the changes are subject to a additional payment, depending on the agent price list periodically.
Cancel reservation
Cancellation of a reservation during regular season (September - June, except on holidays) up to 48 hours.
Above 48 hours of the arrival, date cancellation will incur fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the transaction value, whichever is lower.
Cancellation of a reservation during the peak seasons (July-August and holidays) up to 7 days before the arrival date, will incur a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the transaction value, whichever is lower.
A guest who cancels a holiday/peak seasons reservation less than 7 business days before the date of the arrival, will be charged the full cost of the reservation. A charge for cancellation fees and / or reservation costs that is stated above will be made by the hotel (or anyone on its behalf) using the credit card information that was given to secure the reservation, and the guest hereby gives his/hers irrevocable consent to charge the cancellation fees as stated above subject to the policy provisions.
Ways of cancellation
A refund for a canceled reservation will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law by one of the following ways:
